- Ask yourself a question like: “What would I have to believe in order to have calluses on my left foot?” and receive information and communication from your body.
- Receive practical tools and guidance from higher intelligence to assist yourself and others with their own co-creation and healing in your/their body.
- Develop a roadmap of how to take and understand what the body is trying to communicate by being a body sleuth.
- Shift in your body from where there are imprints with new leading-edge tools and assist others if you choose.
- Release energy that no longer serves you and bring in the energy you desire.
- Release core wounds.
- Go through the main chakra system and how they connect with certain body parts so you can shift them and live through your brilliance.

QSCA MENTORING – Next Group Starting March 7th
Imagine creating more momentum to progress through the QSCA course, requirements and/or to support you in creating/implementing your coaching programs with an 8-week QSCA Coach Mentor.
This will be a small intimate group of 5 people. Your mentor will be Beth Myers, my Personal Assistant, who has worked with my company since 2015 in different capacities will be your guide in this 8 week adventure to manifesting what you desire to make better in your life. She is QSCA Master Certified and Desire Factor Certified Coach to assist you move towards your goal/desire. Also, one of her favorite things to do is do group coaching!
.Why would you want to join this 8-week cohort for mentoring, accountability, and coaching?
- You get to create accountability for the goals you set in each session and bring the results to the next session.
- You get to explore and work through challenges/struggles/desires throughout 8 weeks with loving support and guidance from your mentor and from the group.
- You get to experience the process of group coaching and how to interact within a group led by a QSCA Mentor.
- You get to meet and develop deeper friendships with other coaches from around the world.
- You get to learn how to coach in a group setting utilizing the structure of coaching taught within the QSCA.

QSCA Office Hours – Next Session: February 28th

The online coaching certification for the QSCA has been going strong since we shifted to this delivery of the QSCA program, which includes the LIVE Office Hours twice a month. We have had many certified coaches ask if there was a way to open up LIVE Office Hours to all who have gone through the QSCA.
Here is what is included in QSCA Office Hours:
- Two times per month, varied days/times
- Jotform access to send in your questions to be asked
- Connecting in real-time with other QSCA coaches in training, coaches, and like-minded individuals who have gone through the QSCA.
- Receive answers from The Council and me for your burning questions and learn from other’s questions
- Replays and the directory from each session of topics covered in your membership area, as long as you are active with your membership
- Support and collaboration opportunities with your QSCA family
